Corpus Christi Church
(Kościół Bożego Ciała)

The Corpus Christi church is estimated having been founded in 1351. It grew as a chapel to a Hospital outside the city walls of Gdansk and went through destruction and rebuilding several times. The Corpus Christi hospital and elderly care home was open until 1945.

The church suffered little damage compared to other churches in Gdansk in 1945. It is home of a preserved organ façade from 1766 by Friedrich Rudolf Dalitz. A little Sauer organ is also located in the church, however, it is out of order.
